Muss mE im Einzelfall beurteilt werden, da § 8 (3) EStG die freiberuflichen Tätigkeiten nicht mit einbezieht. Laut EStR Rz 3189 wäre die Nutzungsdauer "im Standardfall mit fünf Jahren" anzunehmen.
